huge barbarian shoves the weakling lich over "whats the matter you big baby, going to cast a spell or something? liches get stitches haha" stab
ОтветитьI think there should be some strength based ranged weapons. Longbows took significant strength to pull historically, and it'd really fit for a barbarian to chuck throwing axes or javelins with extra force when theyre raging. It would help in situations like this, they could just run 30 ft and then chuck a throwing axe.
ОтветитьThe momment the wizzard was born
ОтветитьMy classic Barbarian (Keith Keitherson) a Drow Frenzy-Barbarian. 8 intelligence and 8 wisdom. I kick down every door I come across.
ОтветитьHe could have raged, moved in and if was a Berserk he could have chucked something. Even still he runs up and chucks a javelin, rock, or I mean it's always important to keep a sack of bricks with you.
Ответитьlol
ОтветитьWhy didn't he take the hat off the dead wizard?
ОтветитьHe switches to Wizard and immediately dies to one crit.
ОтветитьThis is why you always want to carry a range option as a martial. I am partial to javelins, lets you get a little bit of damage out on the approach :)
ОтветитьYou can at least roleplay the rogue bit pretty well, just have it be a strategy they use, the barbarian charges in screaming his head off, while the rogue runs up behind him while remaining hidden and jumps out from behind him to stab the enemy in the face.
Ответитьwizards rule
ОтветитьThis is why you get the mage slayer feat.
ОтветитьI've learned that, as a barbarian, my role is to rage and deal damage OR dash and become the source of advantage and/or half-cover for others. The sooner you embrace this reality, the sooner will you be at peace.
ОтветитьThis is such good writing. It probably took him 6 to 8 months to set up the annoying wizard character and I mean that with love. But finally the payoff here was worth every bit!! Laughed so hard I cried
ОтветитьI can certainly empathize with this problem. This is why a barbarian should always carry some javelins. You can rage, then move toward the target. Then, if you aren't in melee at that point, you can still make an attack using your strength to keep your rage going, hopefully to reach the enemy on your next turn (assuming nobody else finished him off and he didn't flee).
ОтветитьAs a dedicated barbarian for most of my DND Campaigns. I feel this on a level deep in my soul.
ОтветитьThe Wizard was the true Lich, he just can't die.
ОтветитьAs hilarious as this is;
Thrown Weapons
He's gunna go rage shadow legends on the DM
ОтветитьHow did I miss this one? Curse the algorithm! But better late than never.
