ОтветитьThank You so much ..!
ОтветитьCool! I forgot about the inconsistencies from MBR disks that come from other PCs. In my case I had to change AHCI for IDE to allow a chinese board to find and boot a Windows 7 install again. Maybe the CRC battery went dead overnight....
ОтветитьThank you man! It worked for me
ОтветитьI can't find sata operation so what should i do ?
I have laptop windows xp dell Inspiron 2200

My laptop starts with "Windows error recovery" screen and It doesn't work for me.
Ответитьoh damm you saved me
ОтветитьHelp guys
ОтветитьMine dont have this mode what should i do?
ОтветитьIt somewhat worked for me. I use an E6440. It's still not booting normally but at least I was able to boot into safe mode with this.
What happened to me was I mistakenly changed the UEFI settings on this working laptop whereas I should've done so on a different E6440 without an operating system.
i don't have sata mode
ОтветитьWorked for me, thanks!
ОтветитьThank you for the steps you recommend to fix a BSOD
ОтветитьThank you, bro. Spent hours downloading iso files of windows and trying to recover, but completely forgot that changing cmos battery restores the bios

Ответить🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
ОтветитьSaved my old dell 760 after the CMOS battery died. Switched to legacy and all is well again. Thought it had to do with the hydro going out. Thanks for posting this.
ОтветитьI am so thankful to you for making this short and crisp video. It sure helped me. My Win 07 screen is shaking from the bottom & so it was suggested online to update my BIOS, i did just that & was met with the blue screen of death. Now, it's gone and the display issue remains but i am sure i will fix it too. Thanks!
ОтветитьYou saved my life 😊👍.
Thank you for your big help.
You saved my day! Thank you so much.
ОтветитьThank you very much for your very helpful video. I had just updated the BIOS on my HP Pavilion Elite HPE-053uk and found the PC would not restart properly, and got instead the BSOD stop error code 7B. Like you, I discovered that the BIOS update had switched the SATA operation mode to RAID. Switching it back to AHCI solved my booting problem.
ОтветитьThis does not work. I still get this error.
ОтветитьPerfect! Thanks man!
ОтветитьThanks this helped my computer that hades not been opened in two years probably from switch over after battery failed
ОтветитьThank you, it worked for me.
ОтветитьThank you very much! Only a few people show how to fix this problem!
I got a new „old“ laptop as a present from some friends and this was the problem on that. So thank you very much!
Yo listen. I did step 1 and tying all night diffrent things, now i see your video that say like change it back (step 2), and magicly it work! Thank you...thats the reason why i fukin love yotube.
ОтветитьThank you! It does work! First I had to change BIOS setup to "Default factory settings" than restart and than select Bios configuration -> 'Compatible' as mine is an ASUS laptop and it only gives you two options : 'Compatible' = ATA mode and 'Enhanced' = SATA mode.
Note that after the changes I had to save BIOS settings and restart they laptop in a few times, like it did not want to save settings in his l BIOS.
Anyway. Just stick to it and repeat step 1 and 2 for a couple of times before you say: 'it doesn't work for me'
Thanks again DIY time tech!
Thank you. It was just a matter of changing the bios from RAID to AHCI. Any idea why that setting will change itself?
ОтветитьHoly fk Holy shit you saved my pc man I thought cleaning the cpu and the fan and it stopped working and I replaced the battery and got that error I did 1st option just now my god it loaded. Tears of joy 😂 you saved my vista thank-you great man.
Ответитьhow to do it in old bios (not that bios support mouse)
i tried to go to safe mode i got the same problem erorr blue screen of death
I can’t format my laptop I always get blue screen?
ОтветитьThis worked, thanks a lot on windows 7
ОтветитьWindows Xp Raid and AHCI look for Floppy drive it has to do with the TEXTSETUP.OEM File. Search make a raid and ahci driver you will find it . ( That's why people get STOP: 0x0000007B ) , Older boards like Gen 1 and gen 2 Intel , Gen 3 and Amd supported windows xp raid, ahci drivers in the TEXTSETUP FILE of your Driver. As new mother boards were made there was less and less support for XP, But that's just how XP Operated . I add my Hardware Ids file for my floppy in the TEXTSETUP. OEM file. USB\VID_0644&PID_0000 TECH to make sure windows can see my floppy drive. So Windows XP can see the Floppy drive F6 and add the files for Raid or AHCI. This is an old subject that has died over the years. Look at an old 1st gen 2nd 3rd gen motherboard drivers file and you will see the different in the TEXTSETUP OEM File. Look for ( Sample in the textsetup.oem files . #--The following lines give additional USB floppy support
id = "USB\VID_03F0&PID_2001", "usbstor" #--HP
id = "USB\VID_054C&PID_002C", "usbstor" #--Sony
id = "USB\VID_057B&PID_0001", "usbstor" #--Y-E Data
id = "USB\VID_0409&PID_0040", "usbstor" #--NEC
id = "USB\VID_0424&PID_0FDC", "usbstor" #--SMSC
id = "USB\VID_08BD&PID_1100", "usbstor" #--Iomega
id = "USB\VID_055D&PID_2020", "usbstor" #--Samsung
id = "USB\VID_0644&PID_0000", "usbstor" #--Tech
this solution will never help someone ..you clearly don't know what 0x0000007B even mean

ОтветитьOMG thank you so much... you would not believe all the things that happened just because my laptop started doing this... I thought I downloaded something bad and as I was troubleshooting everything to fix this I ended up unscrewing every mm of my laptop, I cleaned the fan, the RAM, I checked bad cables, etc. I was looking for cds with windows 7 64x installed (no success) to make a freakin chkdsk and realized the drive was not working anymore so I started to check for tools to get windows 7 on a freakin usb and started considering buying a freaking copy of windows 7 (yes in 2020), I switched parts to check if the hard drive was not bad, and since I had to work I had to buy another laptop and decided to buy a mac instead of a freaking windows for once, ...and I spent almost a year without my laptop until the lockdown was getting so boring I started to fix this again, then I reached your video and VOILA!!!
I was considering to format the whole thing but it's live again and since the fan is perfectly clean now it works so smooth!
I owe so much money man!!!!!!! I'm so bad and so happy at once.
I did that and still got blue screen and yes it's the same error that you showed.. Any tip?
Ответитьdidnt work still got the blue screen
