Neither ending of "The Secrets of Cabot House" can be considered "good." All the Cabots are evil scum. If you want to really be "good" ignore the whole quest.

The most evil decision when Bethesda decides to lock you out of brotherhood of steel quest line because of a bug that still in the game for almost ten years and never bother to fix it and counting on the modders to do that . Just lazy.

Now Covenant starting shooting at me wile I was passing by it, so I took them out. I don't care About legendary weapons at the same of losing some self. After listening to Tim's lore, the original lore for ghouls, it's sad they are what they are now. Only a tiny amount of them live long lives, in the old lore. They were more likely to live short, cancer ridden lives, then die to the rads. It's silly how it is now.

is it evil that in my current playthru every settlement preston sends me to, I go there but when I leave everyone is dead? and tell Preston "It looks like their not gonna join the MM" (I did unlock the settlement though, just not by helping them. It's supposed to be my Institute playthru)

He's a coward, that let his friends die while he ran away, at the super duper mart.After the Ghouls attacked.

He also is a hypocrite.
He gets mad with you if you kill danse, and says "how could you kill him, he was your friend". But even if you save him with gage, he will tell you to kill him. If you tell Preston, that gage is your friend. He will tell you to kill him anyway.

He's also a control freak. He forces his own choices on you and the other NPC's.

Also if you leave Preston in the museum, and help the Nuka-world raiders. Never attack settlements and only pay for settlements to supply, your raiders. Then fix up their settlements with robot farmers, clean water, vault 88 houses (clean and perfect homes), slot machines, and beds. even at almost 100% happiness and not hurting anyone preston will lose his mind when you finally get him out..
Preston will say " you didn't think i would find out what you have been doing out there".. all you did was pay the settlements for help, used the operators as settlement protection, while giving settlers, inf. free food with no work, clean new homes, and inf. clean water. Preston will even attack you.

So Preston will try to kill you for making peoples lives better and not helping settlements in the name of the minutemen, but for Nuka-world instead ..lol

You can also claim Covenant as your settlement by killing everyone there, but this way it becomes highly buggy. The doors will remain locked, preventing your settlers from moving around freely, and all lootable items will be considered stealing.

I will say, for the convo with Zao, it makes a LOT of sense that the survivor would still be murderously angry with the Chinese, as for them the Great War was potentially only hours ago relatively speaking. That’s a fresh wound for them, not even counting their military service.

The final decision regarding Zhao makes even more sense when you consider it was recently revealed that Nate is one of the power armored soldiers killing protestors in Canada from the opening cinematic of the first Fallout game.

You frame it as saving one synth! Well at in this instance it is just one synth, but how many non-synths will that save from being trapped, tortured and killed because they were mistaken for synths in the future?

Playing survival with some added mods I need doctors around. I don't need it as a settlement I still have a bed to use and a doctor to heal me up. (no I can't just use a stimpak, they have no effect)

I always Save Lorenzo, Jack’s had hundreds of free years and he wasted it, his sister is a mess and yeah the mum seems nice but they locked him away for hundreds of years.

Personally I see killing Lorenzo as more evil, he was locked away for hundreds of years and only wanted freedom and not to be a juice box without his consent. Sure he’s not the best guy, but his family is just as bad, he just doesn’t hide it.

Lorenzo and the Cabbots having a fight to the death while Cait just struts past you being happy that's it's not raining.

I let Austin die, I didn't get infected either, I kept the cure as a trophy :)

Its great that your doing fallout videos now ive been a fan of fallout games since day 1 and since i first starting gaming decades ago hell im on fallout 4 right now 😂

There are a number of morally questionable things that you missed, like nuking the institute without activating the evac alarm, but the issue with FO4 is that many choices don't seem to have a big impact. The loss of the karma system and reputation system are really felt. Far Harbor, IMO, feels like it has the most impact (in the two super evil options the island is wiped out). In second place is putting in the effort to make the Nuka gangs (esp disciples and pack) inherit the commonwealth, but even then I don't think you see the operators taking over the gunners or pack raiding parties roaming around.

Can't believe you mentioned Virgil, but not his unique interactions with Strong, specially the one after being cured: Virgil will say that he will work in generalizing his formula to be able to cure other Super Mutants (which may take years or decades)... which enrages Strong, who will claim that SMs don't want to be cured and try to put an end to Virgil's research right then and there. At that point you have several dialogue options to calm Strong down, such as saying that the cure may not even work... OR you could just agree with Strong, which will turn human Virgil hostile and you will have to put him down... which Strong will like!

You actually don't need help from the Commonwealth to destroy Arcadia. You can do Arcadia first, get Dima to confess to killing Avery then when they kill him, you can support Allen Lee and get the settlers of Far Harbour to go wipe out Arcadia.

Then the rest proceeds as you says, get the launch key for the children to destroy them and turn off the wind turbines to destroy Far Harbour.

I usually leave Covenant alone, not for any moral reason, just cos it's a nightmare to repopulate as a functioning settlement, so leaving them alive and not getting a headache is perfect
