При подключении удалённого рабочего стола не используется микрофон гарнитуры. Задействован микрофон телефона.

В других приложениях такой проблемы обнаружено не было. Скайп, вотсап, телефония и так далее при подключенной гарнитуре используют микрофон гарнитуры.

Переключение динамиков с встроенного на гарнитуру нашёл, успешно пользуюсь.
Где переключать микрофон с телефонного на гарнитуру?

I am not understanding How the VM runs on the client. I am looking for a way to run whole desktops This is all management stuff. What does the client do to use the VM on their desktop. Remote Access? Client Software?
