The enitre theory of bryan will be wasted just like his life now. If he die before 100.😅😅
ОтветитьInsightful
ОтветитьI couldn’t watch past 30 minutes. Truly uncomfortable.
The questions posed to Bryan were condescending and baseless.
It was plain bullying. All the etiquttes of a good host, where has it gone?
Bad hosts is a good enough excuse in itself to leave the show midway.
The mockery, dodging eyes and belittling questions.
Is it just me? I don’t see any such observations out here.
This Bangalore people are showing Mumbai in bad light .why did they not invite bryan in banglore.
ОтветитьIts a shame as an indian i want specially mumbai n delhi should be neat and clean because its the main cities where most foreign aritist n people visits
ОтветитьThis has been one of the best podcasts that I have ever seen and heard. This needs to be seen by almost everyone.
ОтветитьNot sure why Seema laughs so much? Is it a nervous tick? Makes you not want to take her seriously. I hate having to say that but it is what it is. Like a college student - begins to giggle as soon as anything is slightly suggestive !!
ОтветитьBryan explaining things so simply after getting interrogated left, right and center in the initial part of the interview. The level of health and clarity of expression this individual has is just mesmerizing. Kudos Bryan for bringing such clarity in terms of health to the world.
ОтветитьEntire podcast was an amazing treat of tournament, but that last few minutes of Seema cracking-in the insights on Women biological cycle was a clean and smooth 6!!! Thank You Nikhil for such long enlightening piece of Knowledge.
ОтветитьAlpha gpc used to increase focus and brain power
ОтветитьMany health myths broken, many health business ideas given and there are still so many things left to be talked about... I think there can be a lot more of series that can be done on health.
ОтветитьThe first half hour of this video is super awkward. Bryan seemed to be bullied for wearing a mask, all the questions seemed to be directed at him, then when he was answering how he got into health he was stopped just to ask if he enjoyed drinking.. Seriously WTF
ОтветитьSir please provide some basic nuances of trading
ОтветитьThe problem is known, solutions are also there, the issue is living in delusion and not implementing
ОтветитьAbout the not die concept if we read Mahabharata bhisma pitama was the who can’t die and he lived for generations and was super human Krishna lived for generations but still he emerged dwarka in the water because they also realised what ever comes need to go
ОтветитьI thoroughly enjoyed listening to this entire podcast, however as a doctor myself I am requesting to not generalise taking vitamin D, or magnesium or anything without a proof of deficiency. We have seen so many patients with hypervitaminosis of vitamin D which then lead to hypercalcemia, which can be life threatening if not diagnosed on time. And a doctor in this panel would bring a lot of difference to the credibility of all your discussions. Things like quality checks and incorporating multiple systems and looking at human body as a whole is what most good private hospitals and doctors do, but they are treatment oriented institutions rather than preventative(lookup what NABH does). There is a branch called “Preventive and Social Medicine” there are doctors specialised for this as well, however india is still busy coping up with poverty and lack of general knowledge that these doctors end up working in primary healthcare centres just to educate people around vaccines etc, whereas they could allocate a bunch of them for the type of research required in longevity medicine.
ОтветитьAs saying goes prevention is better than cure, all energy must be employed on providing quality food, air and water. That resolves 80% of issues.
ОтветитьIn any field Prediction without an idea of prevention is nothing but panic in advance...
ОтветитьKey Takeaways from Podcast on Longevity
1. Core Principles of Longevity
"Don't Die" Philosophy – Bryan Johnson emphasizes longevity as a systemic, data-driven approach to avoid death rather than just prolonging life.
Air, Water, Food Quality – Environmental toxins play a major role in health and longevity. Filtering water, purifying air, and consuming clean food can create a personal “Blue Zone.”
2. Measuring & Tracking Health
Comprehensive Data Collection – Bryan tracks 100+ biomarkers weekly, including DNA methylation, blood chemistry, and metabolic markers.
Metabolomics & Multi-Omics – Advanced methods are emerging to measure biochemical pathways beyond traditional blood tests.
3. Longevity Supplements & Medications
Well-Supported Supplements:
Vitamin D + K, Omega-3, Magnesium – Proven benefits for bone, brain, and heart health.
Lutein & Zeaxanthin – Essential for eye health.
Creatine – Cognitive and physical benefits.
Emerging & Experimental:
NAD Precursors (NMN, NR) – Theoretical benefits in energy metabolism, but no conclusive human trials.
Rapamycin – Potential lifespan-extending drug, but mixed evidence in humans.
NAC & Glutathione – Used for detoxification, effectiveness debated.
Questionable or Placebo-like:
Collagen, Ashwagandha, Shilajit – Subjective benefits, no strong scientific backing.
4. Longevity & AI
AI & Superintelligence – The biggest existential challenge for humanity is managing AI safely.
Aligning AI with "Don't Die" – The idea that AI should be programmed with the goal of preserving human life rather than causing harm.
5. Personal Choices for Longevity
Exercise & Nutrition Matter More Than Fancy Supplements – Bryan’s routine includes strict diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management.
Avoiding Harmful Habits – Alcohol, smoking, and pollution are major longevity killers.
Mental Well-being is Crucial – Community, purpose, and reducing stress are as important as physical health.
What i felt in the starting of this podcast is most of them are indian entrepreneurs & India is their home. So when somewhen says bad about your home u laugh & try to say no its not mine. INSANE & SHAMEFUL😢
ОтветитьDay 437 for asking WTF is manufacturing?
Ответитьare these soooo free to sit and waste time. I don't know why they are in a completely ununderstanding conversation
ОтветитьNikhil sir - The vidoes are very INFORMATIVE. The appearance of important points in the videos as per your discussions are very good to see. I have taken screenshots of those for my use.
Thank you for organizing such discussions with subject matter experts.
I wish to put forward details of some knowledgeable people with whom your discussions will be helpful for all. Mr. Anil Seth and Mr. Deepak chopra.
In lines on the discussions between the team members in this video you can talk to them on issues like Neuroscience , Consciousness .
The discussions might bring forward some great insights on health, wellness for all.

Nikhil, I agree with you, not to follow the algorithm. Thanq for this discussion
ОтветитьI feel like in this conversation where they come to the part of don't die we needed a spiritual guru too. What are your thoughts?
ОтветитьAs weird as Bryan’s ways are, he is an interesting person and seems like a deep thinker
ОтветитьYou can see the difference in clarity of thought, lack of chaos, and articulation in a table full of desis and an American. You really do not realize this until you are put in that atmosphere. Bryan started thought experiment clearly stating that you need to be snappy and quick. Everyone did the opposite.
ОтветитьWtf is manufacturing?
ОтветитьTry chakra meditation, healing, hooponopono, kangen water, etc
One needs to learn how to use process their emotions, feelings and thoughts
He showed how actually india should get treated because of fraud politicians like Modi 😂😂
ОтветитьHere in India, it seems like no one bothers about air quality. Today, I spoke to a UPSC aspirant about it, and he dismissed it, saying it's just a stunt. I was shocked that an educated individual, aspiring to join the civil services, would hold such a view. It's disheartening to think that if educated people are indifferent to this issue, where will we end up with the illiterate population?"
ОтветитьHi nikhil, if you can create a WTF episode on lawyering, legal tech AI or legal tech that would be very helpful!
ОтветитьAlso, the difference between those who were born in wealth and those who got wealth later - You have the need to show off you only eat at Michelin starred restaurants while on vacation😅
ОтветитьThe polluted airs : depopulation is the Idea by the rich countries
ОтветитьI'm glad , Bryan at least showed India , Its hell & you are not even discussing it. What's the income tax about ? if government can 't ensure good air quality to its citizens. Put carbon tax & place Industrial air cleaners on roads.
ОтветитьPrevention is the easiest thing , its the curing thats complicated
ОтветитьFlaxseeds for Omega are best for Indian Sceanario
ОтветитьA plant in a poly house farm.
ОтветитьIt feels like JC hates optimisation
ОтветитьSuper intelligence will do work

If no one die we can explore the universe. And whole human being species can control whole universe.and other alliance are we come to know their life we can learn so many new things.
