16 hour french fries : Crossaint and pizza dough people have entered the chat.
ОтветитьLOL Nice Professor Putricide reference there ;)
ОтветитьGuy somehow managed to get grease all over the stovetop. Used 10 bowls and utensils for no reason just to make some fries. I swear the cooking video chefs have 0 efficiency or skill. Always move the cooling or temporary plate as close to the food to avoid unnecessary mess and use as least amount of dishes as possible bc when you have 10 dishes to do cooking is not fun
Ответитьuse cutting gloves with the mandolin
Ответить😅
ОтветитьDelicious French Fires
ОтветитьI think I'll just go to mcdonalds...
ОтветитьAnd then, next year you have some fries ready ....
Ответитьwash, dry, 145c ...
ОтветитьHuman in 9000 BC: let's eat this dinosaur raw!
Human now: how to do french fries )
This is so stupid!
ОтветитьI made my own homemade french fries for the first time, and they will always be more superior than any french fry out there in the fast food world. I also told my mom to throw the McDonald’s french fries away, because when it comes to my better fries, we will never go to McDonald’s again I told her, and she agreed. 🍟
ОтветитьME: But I want fries now.
HIM: Give me 24 hours.
German hot mess over engineering garbage
ОтветитьThe most unhealthy way to make potatoes. Deep Fried. I will give you my grandmothers village style fries. Thin cut by hand and knife. No need to water them! In a regular pan! Low setting! No deep fry. The potato must breath. So you basically need to be on top of them and tip them over once one side ready. The will be crispy even after they get cold and they taste amazing. And most important, Olive Oil. No, Vegetable Oil! And another thing that is important to be healthy, is you use the lowest setting to not burn the Olive Oil. Slow frying-cooking! I have never ate better fries! Restaurant fries can't compare to these. You won't even want ketchup. Just some salt! It usually takes me 30 minutes to have one pan ready! But it's worth it!
ОтветитьRestaurant quality XD restaurant is the worst quality.
ОтветитьNonsense to long. Ill buy it on mcdonalds for 5 mins
ОтветитьYour bald. And also this took a long time
Ответитьlol a video on how to make chips.
ОтветитьCorrection: French Fries is just a name to denote the fries are thinner than usual. About twice as thin as what you're making.
Ответитьi season fries with salt, pepper and roasted red paprika powder

ОтветитьAint nobody got time for this. Geez
Ответитьbro l just want to have french fires in 60 minutes not 60 years😂
ОтветитьI ain’t got time for that!
ОтветитьI did this and they were freaking AWESOME!!!!!!
Since it’s winter where I am, I set them outside to cool faster so it cut back a lot of the cooling time as opposed to putting them in the fridge to cool. I probably let them sit in the cold water for the first step about four hours instead of 6 to 8 hours or overnight. After I blanched them, I put them outside for about two hours instead of 3 to 4 hours. For the final cook, it took about 10 to 12 minutes to brown in the pot I used over propave stove heat. They were crispy and BETTER THAN RESTAURANT! I saved a batch that I blanched are ready and froze them. The next step will be to see if they fry up as well as the ones I did immediately. If they do, then I will prepare a whole whack of them in advance and freeze them for when needed! What a great movie snack! Thank you so much for this video I shared it now several times and set my own video tutorial to my family!
Professional chef using mandolin that is pathetic to me…I always use knife and that’s the best thing 😅
Ответитьdidnt take the skin off! Its like a crime in our family
ОтветитьAméricans...you definitely should come in Belgium for a couple of days.
ОтветитьBut what is the magic "Effort to Taste" ratio? THis is about 300% too much effort.
