too fast when do you use quick radial commands and shortcuts so is hard to follow if you don't show them on the screen and do it slowly. I have to quit :(
ОтветитьGreat tutorial but its awfully fast for "Begginers" but definitly will be coming back to it once I get more hours under my belt of the basic movement. Moving from Maya to blender has done number on me so its been a lot to learn outside of the basics. Keep it up man!
ОтветитьI understand the mention of the Ngons. Tho for someone practicing modelling, specially for game assets or anything in general, I'd suggest following the rule of quads to get the tecchnique in as much as possible. As someone mentioned in a comment in another video "learn the rules like a pro, so you can break them like an artist." Really enjoyed the video. always good source of inspiration and motivation to keep on when I hit them roadblocks.

Can anybody help me and tell me how can I make a game ready asset, but using decals? I have decal machine and I don't know how to export the decals as well and make them work properly. If anybody knows about decals please let me know!

My question. You leave the uvs at "kinda okay" so far. Literally everyone is using autoallign wich gives me weird outputs most of the time. Do you normally leave them like that or go into depth?

ОтветитьMy personal rule is something like, let the people see what you are offering, and those who have the cash to burn will pay, and those who can't afford to spend at the moment, or they are stuck in college with a part-time job will come later with the cash, if they can make a very, very simple passive income from modeling 3d assets.

ОтветитьWhen I turned on Cavity, it warped the surface, until I zoomed in really close. It looked like there was a strong wave texture applied to it at a 45 degree angle.
