I can sense spirits around me I starts to shiver when I am around them and I get a sudden thought abt who's spirit it is why it's hear but no one believes me my family considers me as an abnormal child and forcefully takes me doctors I just hate it I'm very much interested in these things I just want to make people realize everything is normal abt me

When I start meditating and I feel really relaxed, I feel myself spin... I feel it so strongly I force myself to open my eyes an then it stops. Once I close them again, the spinning starts again. It's frustrating because I know this is supposed to happen right? How can I stop that spinning sensation? I usually get to this feeling about 15-20 minutes in... Just wondering what can I do to stop or change this sensation?
