Shame they are not releasing any more service packs. Microsoft appear to think that making it easier to install all their updates is not a priority. From now on if you install Windows 7 SP1 you will need to install all it's updates individually. Bad news if you have 15 or more computers to do this with.

You shouldn't need to, no. Service Pack 2 should contain fixes from Service Pack 1.

@adir907 As there is no Service Pack 3 for Windows 7 yet, I am going to assume you are referring to Windows XP Service Pack 3. The Service Pack 1 referred to in this video is for Windows 7. So the answer to your question would be that Service Pack 1 is better.

@donx009 no, i have a cracked windows 7 and i installed sp1 and nothing changed, i think the only one that would affect activation is kb....i dont know the number lol it has to do with windows activation process but as long as u dont install kb????? it will be fine you can install sp1 with no poblem :) just make sure you cracked it whith the latest cracks and youll be fine :)

@therealsteve2437 Hi Steve, I would recommend installing Windows 7, but I would not make it a priority. Windows 7 is faster and leaner than Vista, tweaks some features (like UAC), and adds some new ones such as Aero Snap and the Superbar. If you do a lot of multitasking, you will definitely enjoy the addition of Aero Snap, as it makes switching between windows and resizing them extremely fast. In fact, Aero Snap is my favorite feature of Windows 7.

@TheRealChumm What do you need to back up? If it is just files such as documents, pictures, music, etc., I would just recommend copying and pasting them into the external drive. If you would like to backup everything (literally everything... make sure you have enough room in the external), just copy all the folder in C:\. If you need additional assistance, just PM me.
