How to Setup Elgato HD60s+ to your Playstation

Hi! I just have a stupid question for you brother. Do I have to connect my PlayStation to the gaming monitor with HDMI cable? Because in my gaming monitor there is a only one slot for HDMI. If I'll use this slot for Elgato how can I connect my PlayStation and gaming monitor.

For xbox, it just works. No need to actually tick a box or anything.

ehi man , can you help me please ? I bought an Elgato HD 60S+ to stream some gameplay from my Xbox Series X. I don't have a PC but I have a Macbook Pro. Ok, after i connecting this Elgato to my xbox and my macbook, on my Xbox I no longer have the possibility to set a resolution in 4k (60 or 120hz is indifferent), but only in 1080. How can I solve? i have tried many hdmi cables, but the problem seems not to be this. I bought this capture card thinking I could capture 1080p on my Mac, but still play in 4K on my 4k tv! Also, the only official software released for macbook ("Game Capture HD") doesn't work for me. But I don't know if this is useful, because I have seen that with OBS or StreamLab ecc. the acquisition from card is successful. My main doubt with this product is to understand if this allows me to acquire in 1080p on my Mac while I play in 4k on my tv! I would be very grateful if you help me. your title is misleading. I thought you connected the dslr and ps4 at the same time, then use the dslr as a camera source while streaming on ps4

but you can not have both ? streaming with your playstation 4 connected to elgato and your DSLRs camera? you will have to buy a camlink right?

I came at this video far the question of how do you connect your camera to the legato hd60s+capture card, and exactly that part is missing from the video

im DYING right now i have a Nikon D7100 camera and a HD60 S capture card and i just dont know how to get the camera to show on streamlabs obs ,it just says no signal or a black screen and i also had to buy a separate cable to go from the camera to the capture card because the original one didnt work if anyone could help i would REALLY appreciate it

Hey thx for the video, i have the elgato hd60s+, the ps5 and a alpha 7rII. I dont get how are you use the cam? In and Output from the elgato goes to the PS5 and the Monitor. There is no more in/outputs for the Cam. How do you connect the cam?

2. Type USB to pc.

3. Hdmi cable output to TV.

But still in pc it shows no signal. (I need help please).

I ended up purchasing both those elgato capture cards you mentioned but having trouble pairing both devices to work simultaneously with obs, so that ps4 screen and dslr recording will show at same time. Can you help guide how were you able to get both working together at the same time, similar to how gaming streamers do? Thanks in advance and keep up the good work!

Hello 👋🏽, so I’ve recently bought a HD60S+ so I can record Xbox One S gameplay, the USB cable is plugged into a 3.0 port on the back of my pc, and the HDMI IN PORT on my elgato is plugged into the HDMI OUT port on the back of my Xbox, then the HDMI OUT port on my elgato is plugged into my 2nd monitor, but my main concern is that if my HDMI OUT port on the back of my Xbox is taken by the HDMI IN port on my elgato, how is the Xbox gonna transfer video into my 2nd monitor for me to be able to play?, (FYI my 2nd monitor only has one HDMI port, and it’s taken by the HDMI OUT port on my elgato) someone please help?¿?

Bruh did you really say that the difference between both elgatos is that one has the plus sign and that's it 💀
The main difference between both of the elgatos is that the plus one guarantees no lag.

Why do you need the dongle for the 80D and it already connects to your computer and record and steam without it...
