Shortcuts is a completely different tool to Zapier. Shortcuts isnt an automation app - it has a few very limited automation features but it’s a no code programming app really.

As somebody who is a fair user I would say all the Apple apps are sufficient. What I really love is how they sync. It would also be good to start using them now as I’m sure they will advance in the future. You’ll grow as they grow.

So would be nice to know how capable these apps are. I currently use Microsoft apps, but am a Mac user and have thought about looking into Pages, Numbers, and Keynote but if they are not fully featured apps then won't waste my time. So getting a feel for their capabilities would have been much more beneficial than knowing about a bunch of third-party stuff.

So the alternatives are basically Google Spyware, or 10’s or 100’s of dollars worth of premium apps 🤔

Pages is for complex printable page layouts. Craft is for note taking and simple word processing. As much as I love Craft, you can’t compare it to Pages.
