Fun fact: during the gigabreak the sound of Sonic going Super and tossing the blade into Aeon is suspiciously same to one of the Justicar Aatrox ultimate ability. Perhaps it's the same sound

The animation is smooth. This is by far the best animation I have seen for the FFS series

Even if some moves felt a bit slower (like the spin dash attacks for example making Aeon weak or making you having more Attack, the time it took to show these effects are too long, but very flamboyant which is always cool), the fluidity, speed and transitions between attacks felt too natural to be a simple flash game. Simple in technical terms. Which shows how much work you put into these remade animations.

And I can't get over the fact that sounds of Smash Bros are present😅, but I think these sfx make the attacks feel so much stronger.

Not the same without the voices 😫 but still looks so clean

oh my god i love this so much!! if this is animated in adobe (and i think it is), a tip for tuning or shifting an effect's colors can be done with the "advanced" selection instead of "tint". that way instead of forcing the black border around effects to turn green alongside them, you can just add and remove the color with the usage of the advanced color tuning options. play around with it a little bit and see if it works for you.

AATROX Q EFFECTS SETT W FOR SONIC GIGABREAK LOL

This animation is SOOOO amazing. Except it should have had hit-stuns where every powerful hit pauses the animation for a split-second to show the impact of the punch. Other than that, this is one of the best Sonic sprite animations i've seen

Look at the style and finesse Sonic has when he finishes his attack. Especially considering the G force he has to stop at. A true speedster.

Look at Super Sonic using Range with his sword. Then used his Speed to close the distance throwing hands again.
