I laughed at #10. My first car was a '75 VW Rabbit and it was BY FAR the worst car I ever owned. It was an endless money pit until the day the junkyard towed it away. On VW's best days they make mediocre cars.

My wife has owned a 2018 Tiguan SE and the only issue she ever had, was one of fuel injectors went dead at around 30k due to a faulty connection, and it was covered under the warranty. She traded it in, at 48k, for a 2022 Tiguan SE. Neither car has ever given us any major issues. My wife absolutely loves her Tiguan. I had a 2018 Tiguan SEL and the only issue I had, was that the previous owner failed to get the recall done for the sunroof drains, and it leaked in a carwash. The dealership I bought it at, wasn't a VW dealer, and they weren't aware of the recall. Took to the local VW dealership for the leak and they replaced the sunroof drains, carpeting, sound baffling, and padding. Zero issues, besides the leak, and I loved having it. Traded it at 65k, for a 2018 Atlas SE w/tech, and had that for 2 yrs. Traded it earlier this year for a 2023 Atlas SE w/tech and can't see myself driving anything else.

I wanna support AMERICAN MADE SO f'n BAD, but we f'n suck at reliability. Smh...

We have two 2016 Volvo XC90s and so far they have been great cars. The t8 has 400 Hp and gets 30 mpg. They do make an entry level t5 which is not a great vehicle.

It's sad when a lot of unreliable vehicles are luxury or expensive priced vehicles. You shouldn't have to pay $50+k for a piece of garbage. It's a wonder how these common unreliable made makers stay in business.

Is it safe to say that MOST vehicles assembled from 2020 are problematic? Seems to be a common "theme" nowadays.

I purchased a GV80 Prestige in March of 2022. With over 16,000 miles it is a wonderful vehicle. Perhaps i got lucky but it has never had a problem other than me destroying a tire in a pothole. I would purchase another in a New York minute if anything happened to this one. I also disagree with the statement it is too expensive. I looked at BMW, Lincoln, Lexus, and Audi. All give less car and features than Genesis for nearly the same money.

Hyundai even Genesis have huge problems says sudden unintended acceleration .innocent korean adult. kids taxi driver 30years experience has seriously injured and died ,but manufacturers keep denying .blame to people .didnt take any responsibility . It is big companies power or tranny .cover truth.. whatever .it happen all over . EDR Excuses .so sad and nothing much car owner can do about it . 😢😢😢

........yep the Genisis gv70 I bought two years ago threw a Valve and it had to be towed to service....I had no NEW car for a month...dumped that Korean Crap and took a huge loss of 20K////Never buy Korean crap!

I have known 2 people that had bad Kia Sorento’s both were just out of their warranty. Definitely, no Kia’s for me.

Ha watching this at the Volvo dealership right now. XC 90 has been a nightmare. Air conditioning issues and failure, both front seat belts stop working, infotainment issues. It had been my dream car since college. So disappointed

Easily the best, most desirable, highest resale value SUV's, Tahoe/Yukon/Suburban and your laughable channel rates them as do not buy. Here's a clue, from a dealer who sells hundreds a year: They ALL make over 200k miles unless wrecked. they all run 20+ years, unless wrecked or abused in some fashion such as lack of oil, etc. EASILY the best built, cheapest to maintain trucks on the market and I and hundreds of other dealers have decades of paperwork to prove it.

You can add anything MY 2021+ and onward. After covid reliability of all brands sunk. Who was good became bad, who was bad turned worse, and etc. this comes due to deficiency of parts, which let lower quality to be accepted for assembly, cause otherwise no production, and no production means no business. All mediocracy is at expense of consumers anyway, why bother.

I prefer MAZDA but TOYOTA owners seem to be a happy bunch. Not as sophisticated but reliable if a bit basic.

People in these comments need to understand something, just because you or someone you know has had good experiences with any of the vehicles listed does not mean others share those experiences. If you look hard enough, you can probably find good reviews of the worst cars out there. There is a saying that even a broken clock gets it right twice a day and i think that can apply to cars. Sure you can find examples of bad models that turned out good, but we are not here to talk about the few good shots that these vehicles have had, we are here to talk about whats likely to happen based on the available data

I bought a Genesis GV70. It was in the shop 5 times the first year.

New cars are absolute garbage. They don't have a bumper and they don't have an actual body on frame. Or at least most of them don't. I don't want something that's going to fold up Like an aluminum can at ten mile per hour.

I have a 21 GV 80 … ZERO problems, still to this day I can’t pull into a gas station or grocery store or big box store w/o the stares and thumbs ups and people walking over to me at the car wash to tell me how beautiful this suv is. The best part is that it drives and performs better than it looks. I will not watch this video ,after 6 seconds I went to the comments …I would rather spit FACTS.

Strange none of the Land Rovers or Range Rovers made the list. Neither is the Kia Sorento's siter car Hyundai SANTA FE.
