How to Express Yourself Better

I some times have troubled in making sentence in my mother tongue while talking!
How to onercome this???

I just starting to learn to speak and express myself better! And i'm 27... it's funny how school do not teach you how to speak!

And can you please do video about how to get people understand you better even you know what you say and how you say it! But still people can not understand you! Is there any tips for that?

I just learnt from you that story telling is so crucial in communicating things especially when breaking it down to the simplest level

My aunt is a very good speaker and all she does to make everyone like is laugh LOUDLY at their jokes honestly, I know it's not a good one but people like other ppl laughing at their jokes whether it was funny or not lol. But rmr not to be a ppl pleaser tho- (idek if it makes sense lmao)

False. It doesn't work no matter how much I observe everyone who communicates better than me. I can't model it because it confuses me and I don't understand the context or how to apply it

My teacher always scold me for doing hand movements while answering a question or talking on any topic or when i tell some concepts related to understanding of concepts. He getting angry on me . And tell me in future this habit become an adverse effects on me . I can't do anything because it become habit for me .I can't leave this habit . It helps me to express me more easily. I think i use hands movements faster and more..
Tell me what should I do.

I had my presentation 4hours ago, my heart was beating very fast and hard, i was afraid of the crowd until i got in front of them and i realized there was nothing scary about these audience, so the fear of the crowd then went off. I didn't do that great because of my voice, from what i just experienced it wasn't fear it was my voice that started to shake so you will be thinking im about to cry. I just found out today that mine wasn't fear of the crowd it was my voice. Today is my first time making a presentation so im hoping i will do better next time. If i were to be you i will try figure out whats wrong with me (1. Im i afraid of the crowd? If yes then don't look at the crowd look at or speak to individual people in the crowd. Or you dont look at anybody. 2. Do you think you are not good enough? If yes then you are good enough) there are many factors so try and figure out whats wrong with you.

That's a great advice Vinh! Every time when I record myself and upload videos on my channel, I always hesitate to re-hear it before uploading. I record and record a thousand times since I always feel that my voice doesn't sound good enough 😅 I'm trying to overcome that fear day by day. Hoping you can share a tip on that!

A year back i delivered a session however i wasn't well prepared for
It , before i could start the session I saw the count of audience it was 300 and the session was supposed to deliver only by me it was like one man show so i started fumbling and I kept saying ok..

You dont have to say , they attract my attention even if i dont want to and it only works to increase my insecurity. Making friends with them was also not a good idea as there always was a divide. Emulating them is impractical.
