He's wearing a suit, looks like he has sun glasses on, and overall; I dont feel the same dissonance I get from Pink Floyd's studio version of this.

I remember when this album came out and a local radio station was broadcasting some live songs from the first concert on the tour along with songs from the album. Heard this instrumental and had to buy the album the next day!!
