Establishing a Rule of Ignorance

No country or social collective should have the right to vote in or follow a rule of ignorance to the truth of the world. America needs to establish a law and set an example in this complex issue. What defines a rule of ignorance? A rule of ignorance is not a choice of argument in the vast traditions but an ignorance of their meaning or existence. A rule must be aware of the arguments and articulate of their place in them. This would communicate a clear message to the world and future generations about the true meaning of democracy. This will ensure America never goes down like WWII Germany and sends a prerecorded message to any violent overthrow that intends to rule with an iron fist. Not only that but it requires political candidates to have clearly stated viewpoint across the board instead of rhetorical techniques.

I remember reading the book and wondering what the big deal was. I thought the book was "meh."

What I don't get is why the book argues that the church was angry at Newton. Maybe the author was thinking of Galileo? I've never heard of Newton having trouble with the church and upon looking it up I can't find anything that would indicate that.

Remember that time Art-throb Robert Langdon survived a fall out of a chopper using a 5x5 piece of fabric? Just phenomenal writing. No notes.

Real ones know this means John Oliver is a Jesuit.

I realize how popular it is to hate this book, and maybe I’m not as brilliant as everyone else, but I found it to be a page-turner and very engrossing. Given its success, I have to think I’m not the only one.

They released a prequel TV show, The Lost Symbol, the year before this video was made. Unfortunately, for the show's lesser-known star, Ashley Zukerman, it's one (and only) season did not get great reviews.

Really? My gripe is that it's a bunk conspiracy theory.

Ugh that book and movie was such crap

He's right the clues were simple, as I said to a friend that asked me about the book, because she was impressed with it. John said a child could have solved them. That made me think I'm not as smart as I thought I was and that I definitely need smarter friends.

Wonderful ; just f***ing wonderful. I hate myself for watching this clip; but it is still wonderful. An absolute waste of my time but I enjoyed every second of it. Mr Oliver; the book has more holes than a cheese grater; but my God its enjoyable...

The Awful Truth
Religion comes from potheads, especially Christianity, and drugs run the ambition of the economy. The only way to get rid of religion is to get rid of potheads and then suffer from an economic collapse. Some of the religious truths are even real due to the physics of the mind.

It was a great book. Extremely entertaining. So are most of Dan Brown's novels.

Folks are dumb where he comes from...

Da Vinci Code made the average person (read: MORON) feel smarter because it was ostensibly about art and conspiracies. That's why it was a big hit. Unfortunately we've lost the 'art' component and just decided to stick with conspiracies: I'd much rather have Dan Brown than Q.

I mean, I totally agree with all of this, it is ludicrous...but I do like it.
