Not really good advice here. First issue was your humblebrag about your KDR. "Omg I'm so embarassed by having only a 1.42" -- it's higher than mine, but I absolutely don't look up to you. Eye test -- your lobbies are about on par in difficult as mine. There is no single stat that shows how good a player is head to head or in the same scenario as another player. All of them require some qualification. Minimally your SBMM ranking and further examining what game modes you're playing are need to know information. I'd go further and examine style -- anyone who thinks super highly of KDR is definitely the "sit back and never go for objective unless it's super super safe" kind of player.

The meat of your advice is make different decisions, and react differently. The real advice is have map knowledge in terms of where to look (pre-aim), and where not to be and when not to be there. The deeper advice most players don't even know they don't know is understanding the spawn system and tying that into knowing where your allies are, and are not, and where the spawn locations are. When you integrate that with when enemy player's die (or don't) it completely informs you of where to look in a way that to others (like me until recently), might seem like a wall hack. Suddenly a player knows "hey, I don't need to go here for a kill so I can turn around and totally expect the next player to show up at this corner." Those are players who can see the kill feed, see their allies on the minimap, and instantly know where the party is at, and where the party is not. The spawn system is so much more powerful in terms of influencing public matches that you should single handedly win games with it even if the other team is better in terms of shooting. If you know how to read and manipulate the spawns, you can put the enemy in a bind they won't reasonably get out of.

When 'the man in the corner' its me I always get killed by someone sliding (and that's fine) but also by someone walking slowly towards me and suddenly appearing. I shoot but I can't kill him.

In the past week I got a warning for bad language because of the person I was playing with got banned for 3 days for leaving a match and went to play DMZ spawned in right in front of another team and was killed before the spawn was complete. I've seen several things wrong with this game it is broken for sure and coming unplayable

You are incorrect about leaving the game now. If you leave the game you get banned for 3 days. I just had that happen to me 3 days ago. Was in a Lobby getting slaughtered and I did not want to spectate was not capable of rejoining so I left the game and got banned for three days

I'm not as happy with mine as I was in mw 2019 and cold war at a 1.6-2.0 but 1.02 is still decent seams as I have more kills than deaths and that's all that matters to me.

I don’t understand how someone can have a KD like 1.4. Because you start off with the basics right? I’m over here trying to level up my weapons, so I’m losing my kd while doing so. It just blows my mind when people have a KD that’s like 1.4

But learn to get better for your team and not your kd, if you worry about kd it'll will bring you down and make you so worse guys. You can have a 0.10 kd and do pro strats and clutch, etc. but great video i'll use some of these tips
