Why does my reshade look nothing like his?

ReShade was totallywhitelisted by Easy Anti Cheat, yo ucan still find the tweet where they say reshade and sweetFX won't cause a EAC ban. I've been using it for 200 hours so far with no issues. And all your favourite streamers and content creators use it too so don't worry ab it

If you run the game at 4K (or higher), you won't need strong antialiasing. 0-1 should be good for settings.

How to unistall Reshade from dbd?

DO NOT ENABLE RESIZABLE BAR ON GLOBAL PROFILE AS SHOWN IN VIDEO

It will decrease performance in many older games and some newer ones.

The Resizable bar section is just completely false. If it says YES in the System information, it means your GPU, CPU and Motherboard is compatible and is enabled in the bios. The driver will use this feature in SELECTED games (by nvidia) to get up to 10% better fps. However, nvidia doesnt really update the driver list of games that uses resizable bar, and thats where Nvidia Profile Inspector can be used to force enable Resizable bar on any game (note in many older games you will actually loose fps with this feature).

If the System information says that Resizeable bar is not enabled, it means your GPU, CPU or Motherboard is not compatible or the feature is disabled in the motherboard bios. Using nvidia profile inspector in this case wont do anything.

So guys; If your system supports Resizable bar, use nvidia profile inspector to enable the feature for Dead by Daylight (ONLY DBD! Or else this can decrease performance in other games). Compare the performance with an without Resizable bar to see if it helps performance or decreases it.

unrelated to optimizations but how do you get your windows icon on the left side of your taskbar while your apps are in the middle? and how do you get it to look like that when you search? looks clean.

even with 60hz monitor 120fps will give you a smother game. 60hz doesnt mean >60fps is not better. there are a lot of videos outthere testing many senarios vsync,gsync etc. have a look but dont limit your fps to 60 if your monitor is 60hz

Using the scalabilities at 4 makes my game crash occasionally. Guess I'll try DirectX12 if that is more stable.

I haven't really noticed any difference in visuals though but for me, it would be nice to have it looking as good as possible.

Nvidia Filters are visable on OBS you just have to tick a box when you add the source of the game so that it records overlays.

I dont know if that is how it should be but since I play DBD with Xbox Game Pass in the pc looks like I cant do certain things like putting shaders, but the configs are crazy ty <3

DirectX 12 actually causes more lag, while DirectX 11 provides more fps on low end computers, those who are seeking more fps should keep it on the 11 instead of 12.

I did this tutoral and when i got to the Geforce Control panel chapter i put in all the things it says in the video and it restarts my Computer and now i have to reinstall the whole DBD game because i can't get the control panell to open up at all
