help() in Python - Read Documentation Quickly

So why help(join) doesn't provide the help and I should type in instead help(buildins.str.join)? How can I know, where a certain help is located?

Usually there is a way to show this through your ide, vs code has this i guess Pycharm has it too, so that's one more reason to use an ide 👍
