Great video, A trend I see, is most businesses pay you dead on the last day of terms, which makes sense I know as you can set in the software and it gets done automatically.

Hi Dan,
I run a small courier Business.
I am a sole trader and not vat registered.
I am buying a small second hand van from a garage.
The van is £13,000 + vat.
Do I have to pay the vat ?
Thanks

I seen a company add a surcharge if the invoice wasnt paid by a set date. It seemed to work very hard well

Hi, i want to start eBay reselling & freelancing, would i need to register separately with HMRC or just as a sole trader? Do i need to have a business bank account? I have a separate bank account which i have used for eBay earnings, would that be ok? I would appreciate any information/answers. Thanks

Hello Dan ! I am working , part time / but thinking about Sole Trade as a second part-time work role / but I haven't got enough clients yet / but I want to try to rent a space for my passion and maybe that woulr be helpful for me / do I need to worry if I am not registered as sole trader before renting something and signing rent contract? Or should I register anyway? As like I said , I Don't know how much money I will make * if I make any at all.
(I do receive UC too )
Would be great to receive an answers. Thank you
