Paludarium for Beginners (SET UP GUIDE)

Do i have to cycle tank? if yes then for how much time?

I've set up paludarium and just waiting to cycle the tank water. The water is quite cloudy so I've done about 10 water changes in the past week or so and it's still going cloudy...

Also the piece of spider wood I placed in the tank is getting mould. Do I need to place some springtails or something to remove the mould or do I remove it manually?

Hi, I have a 12"x12"x18" terrarium with ~4.5" sealed bottom, started my crestie in it and asking around about what to keep when its empty someone mentioned vampire crabs, would it be possible for me to build a steeper land gradient over 2/3 the ground and house 1 or 2 crabs? Im upgrading my crestie to a breeder tank so dont want to crowd anyone in but these crabs are so cool!

Vampire crabs don’t like being alone they usually need 3-6

I'm pretty sure the fern is a young Staghorn Fern (Platycerium). They are beautiful and can be mounted to wood or bark :)
