The only thing I see is that it's amazing they survived such a stupid mission. I mean, you can test your mettle in many ways without going anywhere. You can stand up to all the pirates in the "government." You can research the BIS, CFR, CIA, UN, IMF. You can use your voice to wake people up. You can refuse to support all evil regimes through tax. You can refuse to be divided along political and social lines. You can kiss your fears and jump in anyway. Risk is readily available in a totalitarian trustocracy.

Shackleton may not have been the best explorer but a great leader of men. We could use a few of those. Now you know someone to actually believe in

Unimaginable brave perseverance displayed by these now mostly gone extinct breed of mentally and physically strong men and so many lazy people these days cant even get themselves out of bed and go to work in the morning, think the world owes them a free ride thru life and the bleeding heart liberals actually enable and empower those slackers with various indolent ways to do exactly that, literally extortioned from the ever shrinking paychecks of hard working people and given to those arrogant shiftless drifter parasites.

Contrast to 2023 (or perhaps its ass-backward, in terms of preparedness, resiliency, gender identity-confusion, narcissism, corrupted government, incompetence scientists and health advisors, economic downfall…etc.) 37 first-world Americans were found dead inside their vehicle during a forecasted snowstorm, they suffocated and died in under just 12 hours from carbon monoxide poisoning, just a couple miles away from their homes. They were helplessly trapped inside their cars while attempting to use their cell phones while inactively awaiting for help to arrive.

Amazing achievement for Ernest Shackleton - he brought his men home. What an achievement for any human being.

He achieved impossible feats way beyond his goal

he achieved goals mankind need. Endurance, courage, assertiveness, smartness, responsibility, confidence, foresight, giving hope to his crew. Never showed fear or doubt of fortune to keep them in good mood. Bet the odds. These are values. He deserves heaven and a monument. I salute him.
