They're both on the extreme ends. There's nothing wrong with traditional gender roles, but both need to respect and appreciate each other, and help out whenever possible. Both spouses should put in effort to make themselves attractive to the other, but neither one should be berated for it if they happen to not be look their best on any particular day.

Homecooked meals are usually much healthier for children, so parents, whether it be the mom or the dad should make an effort to feed their kids more than just pre-made grocery bought meals.

Children should not have all the chores dumped on their shoulders, but they should do some chores to teach them responsibility and appreciation for their parent's hard work. And they most certainly should not have to knock for permission to leave their own bedrooms. That's just borderline abusive.
