How annual leave works

It sort sucks employers can force you to take annual leave. If you what they deem excessive leave (320hours), they can force you to use it

i day off per 13 days is just sad.

But who PAYS this accumilated pay? Like is it deducted from employee checks each week? if not, how do businesses afford to just give people paid time off?

Should we add it into your annual leave allowance? 😤😤😤

Wait what? What a load of bullshit. Are you serious? The employer has to pay his employee for going on holiday? That's absolute garbage. What's the point of working then? $20 an hour at minimum, add to that you get paid for doing nothing for 4 weeks. Fuck off.
