How to fix any Android phone microphone / Mic is not working

Tried everything no luck. But while using telegram it works perfectly other apps not at all yes I've given all the required permissions .

Restarting works but only for a while. I have to Restart everyday 2 times😭

It was soo helpfull , I was being scared as my mic suddenly become silent because it was my new phone and only once it slips of my hand and after that it didn't fall from my hand .when you said about updating I remembered that I lastly updated some months ago 😅 Thank you for this video
