A couple of observations here. There are thousands of these "puff pastry" recipes on here. This one, like so many others shows you how NOT to use puff pastry. You can easily see that the pastry in the center of this roll is still raw on the inside. You simply cannot get the outer pastry cooked golden brown and crispy and have cooked pastry on the inside. ITS IMPOSSIBLE! These videos are made to make video content, not to show you how to cook. If you have studied the art of cooking you will already know this. Please do not waste you money and time, it will not work and give enjoyable results. Secondly, when using the art of cooking, do not use so much fat as is shown here. Puff pastry is loaded with fat itself, loaded! So when you had cream cheese, feta cheese, grated cheese and then top it with even MORE cheese, and then make a dip which is using so much oil, the results will be awful! The taste will be cloyingly bad...way, way too much fat. Finally, there is no "balance" between health and indulgence here, its extremely high in fat, nearly ALL fat, and of no health benefit at all, but the main issue is it is still RAW inside and cannot ever be made to be cooked with such a construction as this!
