Magento 2 Beginner Class, Lesson #11: Creating a Basic Magento 2 Product

I have the error of "One or more indexers are invalid. Make sure your Magento cron job is running", and I reindexed, however in index management, Catalog Search still has the error of ""REINDEX REQUIRED'. How can I solve this?

Very good video's with good explenations. And just when I came to the most simple thing of Magento...........failure. Thing is I'm having problems with uploading an image for my products. Products > Catalog > Simple Product > Images and Videos > Browse to find or drag image here. I just found out it has to do something with the size of the pic, but Magento or this video doesn't give any information about the maximum size of a product picture.
Has anyone an answer to this?
