Its Rice with ghee and salt. You can never go wrong with that and its such a nostalgic taste. I know almost the enturety of India eats this.
I know Andhra has a version with a spice mix called gun powder.

ОтветитьWhen I was a kid, I discovered where my mom kept the pork floss in the pantry and would sneak pinches of it as snacks. My mom quickly found out and it was hidden better from then on. It's just so tasty!!!!! These days I normally just eat it in my jook, but I add a generous amount. 😅
