This is a powerful sequence that has helped me a number of times. However, I personally would enjoy it more without the unnecessary dialogue.

This is the first I've ever heard of Yin Yoga. Wondering if it's normal to cry during it??? Not from physical pain, just laid there and started crying for some reason. It was a good cry though. Is that normal?
