Im trying to get a ligth waegth freestyle drone with a long fligth time, im scared that 1606 is a bit of a over kill, and 1804 is a underkill for freestyle, wath do you think is better for a ligth waeth freestyle with a good fligth time?
ОтветитьHey what would be your suggestion for motor upgrade from 1404 3800kv on my 3.5 AOS EVO. It flies great but I want to do a bit of freestyle and I think 1404 is doable but it's a little underpowered to recover from some manoeuvres. I was thinking of going up to 1604 t motor pacers 3800 kv. Is that even possible. Please I'm new to this .
ОтветитьGreat explination albert for wide vs taller motors!
ОтветитьIs your favorite the 1605 for a 3in prop?
ОтветитьI have a 3.5” build. About 300g. Running 6s. 1507 2700kv. But they run hot. May swap to these 1804. Thank you for the video.
ОтветитьGot sets of 1804s from t-motor and X nova ..x nova has 3mm inner shafts and base look much better than tmotor.. wonder how these would stack up? I got them in m5
ОтветитьI have a Bebop 2 it has 1804 motors and over 5in props on 3S. I have a 4in Diatone LR frame would work well with it
ОтветитьGreat review. In the past I've used your videos to choose motors for my builds. Nice review. I do like that there are more choices available.
ОтветитьRCInPower motors are nice, lots of punch and pretty strong. After many many crashes 1 finally died on me, the armature somehow unglued and the vibration seems to of caused some of the winding wires to break. Scary when it happened during flight ( spin of death 😂 ) when the 1 motor died. I am very happy with RCInPower motors, these 1804 motors look great. Great review and flying Albert!!!!
ОтветитьFantastic flying and review, Albert! Thanks! 😃
I wonder how those motors would behave in a 4" long range quad!
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Good morning Albert. Nice motors, I've heard good things about RCinPower motors.
In my AOS 3.5 build I used the BrotherHobby 1504.5 3950kv motors. A little more pop than the 1404. 😎
so happy to see some more options in this motor size, 2004 is just a bit too heavy to fit comfortably on sub 250g builds. Prior to this the other 1804 options were either just as heavy as a 2004 or not very durable. RCINPOWER has some great build quality from what I've heard so will definitely check these out with how light they are.
ОтветитьMaybe a good alternative for the Micro Long Range 4"?
