ОтветитьI read a comment saying that this is a super mental health friendly video. I want to add that; I struggle with OCD and not the overly organized type. I feel that it is the thing that keeps me procrastinating, because of my obsessions and compulsions. I am grateful that I found a video that was very considerate of my scattered and obsessive mind and one that I FINALLY understand. We live in an extremely fast-paced society, information and news are being thrown at us left and right leaving us with mounds of thoughts and worries that live in our heads. and all of those things don't leave any room for thoughts concerning OUR lives and OUR well-being. We are overloaded with work and responsibilities and end up indulging in harmful ways. Let's be kind to ourselves and build our dreams, one day at a time.

ОтветитьI just watch this to prepare for 2024. But i realized one thing. Today morning I needed to do a task that I HAD to do, but wasnt mentally prepared for. It burned me completely out and after that I couldnt concentrate on my work tasks. So yes, start your day with things you enjoy. That surely helps to feel less stressed.

ОтветитьMake a schedule. Color coordination. 25min timers- set this up to do something. Wake up hour early and do something you love. Start something that will help, then you can’t go back. Dread/procrastination. Use pressure to your advantage. Nutrition is production.
