😢 i don't have courage to watch this movie 😢😢 i can't watch it.
ОтветитьEven tho this is a movie, all this happens in the war almost identical to the movie scenes.. Sad truth
ОтветитьName movie please
ОтветитьSaw this movie last week. Really good movie. Very intense too. But big time recommend it. Not only the Polish we’re struggling against the Germans and Russians at one point. Even with Ukrainians (tho allied with the Germans) that are shockingly doing the same thing as the German and Russian invaders were doing even sometimes WORSE than the Germans and Russians. And what I like about it is that it shows that it portray evil in ALL sides EVEN the Polish too as well which showed them retaliating against the good Ukrainians and their own just like those insurgent Ukrainians that also killed their own for simply siding with Poland. It’s as it shows the Poles along the main character Zosia can’t trust anyone. Basically it portrays that you can’t trust anyone at some point and you’re on your own. Also pretty brutal that what the Ukrainians did to the Poles there after at one point before the war. They all once were good friends then when the Nazis invaded, their world changed and the Ukrainians that the Poles were once close with are having some big hatred against the Polish people. Once good friends and some were in love with each other all quickly went away when the country was invaded. The Ukrainians do deserve their independence. But what they did was wrong and that is not the way to achieve independence of genocide, murder and destruction.
ОтветитьDon't say NAZI, call them what they are, GERMANS
ОтветитьShits wars
ОтветитьBeast
ОтветитьI'm actually from one of the villages the UPA tormented, time to time we share or go over stories that our grandparents told us, It was honestly horrifying to hear what happed outside my window.
I hope the judge will be very lenient to me if I ever see some holding a Soviet/Nazi/UPA flag on my soil, especially with the mass immigration of Ukrainians right now.
Fuck didn't know even this happened.
ОтветитьName of this movie?
ОтветитьWhat movie is this
ОтветитьAlot of people here want to blame Ukrnaians but I'll tell you this the UPA later worked with Poles not to mention only a few Ukrnaians which were kinda led by the nkvd did this..
ОтветитьI used to have limited knowledge of WWII.
It baffles me that the world is so twisted and sick that it tore each other apart.
I ought to be more grateful of my current circumstances.
I just "love" how you say Ukrainian TERRORISTS, but then you say polish RESISTANCE. All of them were the SAME. My great grandmother who originates from West Belarus' were saying that most civil to them where Germans unlike Slavs, Balts or Bolsheviks.
ОтветитьIt's crazy how brutal their killing methods are. Ukrainian and Japanese in ww2 behave devilishly
ОтветитьLong live 2nd amendment of USA😅
ОтветитьAs a Czech, I can only weep to see what happened to Ukrainians and Poles at the time. Under Nazi and Soviet occupations made it suck.
ОтветитьWhich is more horrible? The story being depicted in this movie? Or the AI narration in this recap?
Ответитьwow, can't believe that the ukrainians are even worse than the nazis or even the soviets
Ответитьno wonder ukrainians like the upa and their red and black flag
ОтветитьThe summary of the scenes is terrible, it is incorrect to what is shown and badly written
ОтветитьNo one clean, every country has its dark secrets...
ОтветитьI love the music. Does anyone know the music used?
ОтветитьWar is so bad, humans turn to worse than animals
ОтветитьIn general, the film tells the story of one of the most tragic events in Polish history, which was the Volhynia massacre. After After Germany declared war against the Soviet Union, Ukrainians joined the Wehrmacht en masse and regarded the Germans as liberators. Ukrainians en masse joined the Military units of the SS Galizen type (14th SS Grenadier Division) or the Ukrainian Auxiliary Police, which was just shooting Jews and Gypsies after they found out that they would be treated as 2nd category citizens, deserted en masse from the police and led a "partisan" against those who were considered enemies of Ukraine The scene in the church where the Ukrainians start the slaughter It is called Bloody Sunday, i.e. the beginning of the Massacres of Poles which ended after the war only with the "Wisła" action. It is estimated that during the Volhynia massacre between 50 and 60 thousand Poles were killed, while only 3 thousand Ukrainians died in Polish reprisals.
ОтветитьThe blonde man who carries Zosia and her son is a vision of her deceased lover, as only love can save us; in reality, Zosia escapes on her feet.
ОтветитьThis is the reason why i still hate ukrainians. No matter if they have a war or not. I know some of them and every of them said that it was Polish fault and Poles killed more people than ukrainians...
ОтветитьThe bro tried to bribe the Russians with vodka
ОтветитьWhen I saw the scene where they wrapped one of her sons with hay and burned it killing him in the process just traumatized me for a moment. 😭😭😭😭
ОтветитьWOLYN , JULLY 1943 , WE REMEMBER !!!!
ОтветитьThat's your true u-kraine that's why we don't want them in our country. You can take them if You want :)
Ответитьi always say ukraine is polands biggest enemy the volhynia massacre is the reason why
ОтветитьI don't know how the Poles survived these terrible times of war, there have been many terrible massacres in poland but still they have 37 million poles in Poland that's good
ОтветитьMany today do not know how common mass killings are throughout history. One expert on the subject once said "I'm always surprised it doesn't happen more often."
ОтветитьGenocide not tentions
ОтветитьAside from the rapes. The Nazis were pretty reasonable in this movie.
ОтветитьUkrainians were worse than Germans in many ways.
Ответитьand yet after all of that, we are helping this ukrainian animals...
Ответитьkarma is happening to the ukrainians right now like the poles say ""historia lubi sie powtarzac" ukraine deserves HELL
ОтветитьBelieve it or not I am the product of that history. My grandmother was very likely Ukrainian and my grandfather Polish. My grandma was warned of a plan to murder her and her children by UPA member. Yes, they would kill their own when they mixed with Polish. If you care to read history you would learn that it's not only the number of killed but also the absolutely horrific way they were killed that's shocking. We can't forget but can we forgive? I really hope Ukrainians acknowledge and admit what happened. That is first step to reconciliation. BTW my best friends are Ukrainians. By accident. I don't know I can watch this movie. It's just too sad. Imagine you live through this. FYI you find out who's your real friend when you're in trouble. Sadly Ukraine is in trouble in 2022. History teaches us when Poland and Ukraine stuck together we kicked ass. I guess we have a choice.
ОтветитьThis recap just scared me for life my lord I can’t imagine what people went thru during WW2 and yet we complain about freedom of speech Bit** please
ОтветитьWeird to see Ukrainians before they became Nazis
ОтветитьDamn, this is from real life, that was really sad, why this is not in war crime
ОтветитьMoral shasha was a bitch
