I love your builds. You're one of the builders who thinks like me and creates builds that are lovely. Anyway, I'm having trouble finding your builds in the gallery. I search Roxxy Sims with and without a space but nothing comes up. Does this build have a name I can search for?

I honestly cannot tell which area blew me away the most here. It's all so creative! This is a children's paradise! You kept the perfect balance between playful and educational (with posters, signs and plaques "explaining" things), chose amazing themes for the rooms (the forest library - as paper is made of plant fibre! the calm, pale, "natural" rest area! the dinosaur music room! the gigantic "aquarium"!), and, as always, make use of some outrageous wallpapers, wall decorations, floors and rugs that I hardly ever use but you make work like everything was meant to be. You incorporate as much gameplay as possible and never sacrifice realism for playability or the other way around. The exterior also manages a balance of simplicity and complexity that looks designed, yet functional, official, yet fun, just like a rec centre should look in real life, too. (Though let's be honest: Most would probably be an ugly block from the outside ...) That, for me, is The Sims: An idealised, stylised, often simplified version of reality, something that could be, but that is in some regards a little bit over the top to be entirely real. You, however, always manage to retain enough verisimilitude for me to be reminded of places I have actually seen in our world.

Now on to "private talk:" Yes, it is incredibly important to take some time for recreation (how fitting to write about this here) and true breaks. When we're really busy or have set some ambitious goals for ourselves, it often feels like wasting time, but it is something we need just like sleeping or breathing or eating or drinking. We just cannot function on the same level if we don't recharge our batteries every now and then, and it almost always works wonders. (If it doesn't, it usually just wasn't enough "time off.") I hope you make some room in your life for reading and watching shows now to take care of yourself, since it boosts you for your other pursuits as well! 🌈
Although I'm saying this (and although I know this to be true), I hardly manage to listen to my own advice in my own life. It's like the sad theme of my existence, especially being a teacher. 😂 I'm slowly settling in at my new school and learning how everything works and who's who and where to go to get information or help or supplies, I'm getting to know my colleagues and growing together with my students, and sometimes, it's really fun, but it's often very stressful, too. There are just some periods where everything happens all at once and I just can't keep up (yet have to), and then there's sometimes a short moment to catch my breath before the next rush.
Right now, we're on a two-week Easter break, which is good, but I also have to correct tests and design tests and supply my students with exercises, since my 12th-graders have their final exams in a few weeks. Between Easter and Pentecost is the most stressful time at my school, since we have one test after the other, final exams, a grading deadline and class conferences. I usually have less time than the law grants me to grade my tests, since there are just so many. So, yeah. It's a lot. 😅 But as many generations of teachers before me, I will get through this as well.
Oh yeah, and I forgot: My boyfriend and I got engaged! 🥰 (I asked him on Christmas Eve. 🤭)
