Processor :- i5 9th gen , 8gb ram , gt 710 2gb Graphic card
When I turn on my pc and when I click on any apps like (Chrome , Firefox ets) it is not fast enough but after clicking it for first time and after that when I close it and open it again(Chrome)it opens very fast

Its an f processor means it don't have integrated graphics ..its not k means it can't b overclocked ..so why its written upto 4.1ghz ? (About it i5 9400f )
