DEI does not mean what most people believe it to mean. DEI is no longer about a diversity of perspectives as it is about a diversity of identities. DEI, as we know it today, is neo-Marxist and is a euphemism for critical theories. DEI opposes meritocracy, academic freedom, freedom of speech, excellence, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. DEI argues that these are racist concepts. DEI blinds us from seeing the differences between individuals and instead exposes the differences between groups of people in order to perpetuate victimhood and categorical racism. DEI is a multi-billion dollar industry where someone gets paid for racism. DEI is a soft form of totalitarianism with aims at hiring or promoting people who look different but think the same ideologically. DEI is immoral and unethical. DEI should DIE.

If you want to do well in business, typically you wanna hire people that know how to do the things you need done lol... hiring someone solely because they have a certain ethnicity or sexual orientation is the stupidest thing companies could do. Marvel and lucasfilm continue to put diversity and inclusion ahead of good stories and compelling character arcs and that they are losing billions of dollars and millions of fans. The whole budlight Dylan Mulvaney debacle has cost Anheuser-Busch around Thirty billion dollars. Coca-Cola mandated Robin D'Angelo's be less white training for all employees. Diversity and inclusion may have started as a noble cause, but now has morphed into a scam and a joke! You have to self -identify as having a disability here in Canada, which means I can make anything up to get ahead, no need for a professional diagnosis anymore, and if you are a simple person who needs a simple response or a job, these freaks look at you like you are from another planet. They are lazy and useless as any dominant culture is. It has turned into a power grab and a popularity contest and no longer about being productive.

The idea that diversity is inherently beneficial is not only nonsensical, it's unfounded. In fact, many of the diversity trainings being implemented in the workplace are backfiring, which shouldn't be surprising considering the real reason for DEI training.

I always hade my issue with this glorified diversity of getting as many different nationalities and cultures together as you possibly can.
My company prides itself with being "so diverse" and celebrating itself for having around 128 nations under one roof and so on and so forth.
My experience with "diversity brings new ideas and perspectives" is that said diversity of cultures and nationalities brings tension, misunderstandings, distrust, anger and frustration into the workplace way more often then it brings all the glorious things that it is praised for.

This perspective should encapsulate a land it implemented. We don't need a foreign idea/program to say how to embrace diversity we have n are overcoming through history that's the base line of making any state or country..if the push is to radically embrace anti-culture notiin just to sound cool n not contributing to product then we are on long haul loop of maintainence. It's not at all clear how DEI improves the performance of a business or organization. For a business, how does DEI increase revenue, or sales or expand the company's mission? I worked for a major corporation for 35 years, and DEI was always met by the employees with an eyeroll. Just something stupid from HR to be endured, so we could all just go back to work. Our customers certainly did not care about DEI. All they cared about was whether we could supply them with an on-spec product, reliably, and at a good price. Do you think they looked up our LGBT Compliance Rating before deciding whether to do business with us? Ha!

That all sounds nice but here is how Equity, Diversity, and inclusion are being taught in public schools, and it is not nice for anyone.
Equity is the opposite of equality, and equity the way it is being taught in our schools is Marxism, not meritocracy. Inclusiveness, the way it is being used, is pushing gender identity ideology to our kids in elementary school, which is not age appropriate and potentially emotionally damaging. Diversity, as it is being used, is telling white kids that they are racist just for being born, and telling every other race that they are part of a racist country so they should just give up.

Diversity is NOT a strength, it weakens societies and ruins them.

Maybe you should just hire the person that's best for the job. Not everyone is equally qualified to, say, fly a plane. Of course you could put someone in a cockpit and ask how he/she would solve the problem, but I'm not going to be a passenger on that plane.

This sounds like nonsense. The only reason you need perspective in the workplace would be if you are a marketing company. You need skills not insight for the vast majority of roles.

The core proposition that "All men are created equal" is not true, which kind of sucks but that’s the way it is. What needed to be addressed were the attitudes that inequality produced, which is the victor frankl stuff you mentioned. Inequality is baked into reality but how we approach inequality is where we can effect change.
