Upgrading The C64 Maxi (firmware)

This is a quick video on The C64 (MAXI) firmware upgrade process.

Make sure you have a USB stick formatted in FAT32 file system and then place the .BIN file from (https://retrogames.biz/thec64/support/upgrade-thec64).

Takes just a few minutes and will add new functionality and fixes to The C64.

Longer file names added in the 1.3.2 version that I just upgraded to.

Any noticeable input lag compared to a real C64?

Nice job. Two things I experienced were that I kept expecting (wrongly) that I had to just hit media access with the usb stick inserted and it would see the update but I eventually figured it out. Second although I was loading games off usb I couldn't save a basic program because after save "test",8 it would tell me there was no drive. Eventually from another video I found this was dealt with by putting the usb stick in while the c64 was off and then turning it on. Worked fine then. Just some stuff I ran into.
