The fun part about the bouncy logo on screen thing is that Michael was talking about all the stupid graphs and stuff that's used in administrative software nowadays
Ответить"Second life is not a game" 😂
ОтветитьTech gets old, good stories don't. The holy scriptures are thousands of years old but we still talk about them.
ОтветитьRetroactively Unique.
ОтветитьThere was also a scene where Pam talks about renting 28 Days Later from Blockbuster
Ответить"I think I never really processed 9/11" might be the funniest line in the show
Ответить"classically retro"
ОтветитьEverything Kelly ever says lol
ОтветитьSome of these are legit dated, and some, the poster didn’t understand the joke.
Ответить"Oh it has losers" 🤣
ОтветитьI don't think the DVD square quite hit that corner! Arrgh!!
ОтветитьWe use the same phones they do at my job. In 2024.
ОтветитьBrilliant to include references to tech that some characters are behind on to keep the show itself from being dated.
ОтветитьNothing makes you feel old like a good old 2000's media
ОтветитьI was a kid in the 2000s. I remember our mum giving us disposable cameras every Summer to take to summer camp! Nostalgia :)
ОтветитьWhat about when Michael was listening to the free 15 seconds of a sad songs mp3
ОтветитьYou mean awesomely dated ?
ОтветитьParkour will never be dated
ОтветитьMight feel dated but it's not horribly dated, it's charmingly dated lol
ОтветитьThey never made plasma TVs that small. It would have been an LCD.
ОтветитьAged like fine wine
Ответитьello kitty laptop cover, scotts tots universal litium batteries for laptops
ОтветитьHow is parkour horribly dated?
ОтветитьThat joke about her Netflix is hilarious. Never dated
ОтветитьWorking in an office now is outdated. I wish something like wework worked out. Would be cool to just have work areas available and you could go to any office to work around random people at any company. Or just work from home.
There’s no third places. This would’ve been an interesting compromise
this show always feels 'recent' to me, but i remember watching old reruns of it in 2009/2010.
ОтветитьNot horribly dated if you cherish those years
ОтветитьErin not understanding disposable cameras and Michael letting GPS drive him into a lake always seemed like way too dumb to be believable, even in the context of a sit com.
Ответить"Did you SMS message me?" - Apple playing silly games with Android
ОтветитьTBH, Second Life was already dated when that episode came on.
ОтветитьI miss the old days of Netflix when you would get DVDs in the mail.
ОтветитьRyan saying to Todd Packer "Big William Hung fan?" needs to be mentioned. That aged like milk!!
ОтветитьWhy is it all just technology?
ОтветитьI still use SMS 😭
ОтветитьTechnology is cutting edge the day before its obsolete!
ОтветитьJust wanted to point out the most dated prop in the entire series: paper! Most businesses nowadays use a fraction of the paper that was used ~20 years ago when the show began. Today, practically everyone at Dunder Mifflin would be out of a job.
ОтветитьOkay but Dwight talking about Russian mp3 sites is real. Thats where I got a ton of rare tracks for my off brand mp3 player that held 30 songs.
ОтветитьThis just reminds me of the old days.
ОтветитьTo this day . . . Ryan still hasn't processed 9/11.
ОтветитьDated or not, this show was great!
ОтветитьYou forgot Oscar saying Yolo and planking😂
