He was a victim of a phone scam…but that didn’t give him the right to shoot a 61 woman multiple times yelling for help who obviously didn’t call him. She was no threat to him. He should have just let her go way and get her license plate then called the police.

The FBI should be able to track the phone that ordered the Uber

He is going to get, over whelming phones of threat, and mental state , and his age and color. Just another dead black woman . Judge going to be white, the jury is going to be white. Omg they just did this scam to my great aunt! They picked her up from her house saying our uncle in South Carolina got arrested an needed bail money. Brought her to the credit union but thankfully the place wouldn’t let her take out almost 10gs! The guy took off when confronted an left my 90 year old aunt towns over! We had to go get her an everything!

Notice, he lied to 9-1-1 and said the scammer was threatening to kill his nephew and whole family. But, he admitted to police the scammer asked for money to get the nephew out of jail after having an accident. He's sane enough to know he had no justification to take a life. Thus, the lie to 9-1-1. Her family needs to sue him and his estate for everything he's got! If he has $12000 cash lying around his house, trust me...there's plenty more. He's just gonna die before the trial is set. That would be no justice for the victim's family.

Even if the real scammers had showed up at his door, rang his bell and was unarmed and not threatening this man would’ve still been a cold blooded killer. Instead of calling the cops he decided to shoot the woman 3 times while she was crying out for help and backing away. Then after he shot her 3 times he then decide that would be the time to call the police. Are people like these so entitled they feel they can get away with anything even murder?
