Opening to LOVE Guided Heart Chakra Meditation

I just have to say THANK YOU! This just reminded me that I am exactly where I’m supposed to be. I spent time about an hour or two ago and wrote a letter to my past self, went for a walk and knew I wanted to meditate. Yours was the first to pop up and I wasn’t sure if it was about romantic love or not. IT WAS JUST WHAT I NEEDED. I literally boohooed when you said ask the people were past versions of me. I hugged and loved on them so hard. And the fact that my heart LIT up the tunnel as if the tunnel was full of lights before even know the people I was encountering were ME! It shows me what I’ve known, that I’m really ready to step into my light. I already am. Thank you again.❤️✨❤️

Tried got 5 mins in and lost concentration my mind just goes everywhere

After years of letting relationships go in directions that I did not particularly feel ready for, meditations such as this one allow me to sink deeper into a place where the past is the past. The depth that we choose for ourselves in our current journey, that can take us to an endless destination.
I've been struggling, personally, with being on this earth and still not falling in love with who I would love to be with. I regret not being that high school sweetheart.
But with conscious work and effort, reframing this path as the school of life, it is NEVER TOO LATE to fall further into chance and commit to it because of that endless love that we may have forgotten
That endless love that we are a part of, and all are deserving enough to return to.

I just want to take a moment to thank you for this meditation. Today, I felt inclined to do some yoga focused on the heart chakra and after I was called to do a meditation for the heart as well. I found your video and instantly felt safe. As I went through the meditation, I felt so much love and so safe in the softness of my heart. In that cave, I cried!!! I was able to confront my anger and pain with people (& myself) and tuned into the abundant love that surpasses any negativity i feel or have felt towards myself & any person, place or thing. I had forgotten how much I love myself. But now I am remembering! Thank you for reminding me on the power of love... it helps me forgive and move on. I appreciate you and am so grateful for this moment. ❤

Am I supposed to cry after doing this meditation video i saw and became the love in its purest form that i always give to others and rarely receive back ive been in many relationships that ended with me empty after giving my love to someone and not receiving it back in return i need to receive this love i always give...the love i saw inside my heart is beautiful it reaches beyond the universe flows wider than than any ocean

Love is hard I have opened myself so many time's and was lefted broken, sad, miserable and stuck. I'm 34 year's old and I never had loved, never felt loved and I believed now I was meant not to have those thing's. But as soon as they walk out my life everything I begged for and wanted they have with somebody else. When do I get my shine when do I stop being use. I think because I always wanted love and will do anything for love I will never get it. So I'm done with it all. I'll just be lonely, sad and angry for the rest of my life because I can't go through another heartache and they do hurt.
