I just turned 60 and was horrified when I realized what bad shape I'm in from the last year. I've been looking for dance exercise videos that don't have the complicated steps that constantly change. Not good for either of my left feet. I was pleasantly surprised with this one. Great music, great pace, easy-to-follow moves, and the people participating are adorable! The breaks are nice too. I will definitely subscribe and check out more videos!

Just discovered this workout by accident. So glad I did. Loved this exercise video, oh was I doing exercise? I was having such a fun time. Enjoyed all the songs. Suggestion: Find a slow number to do the stretch and cool down.
