I know folks had a problem with the opening ceremony for the Olympics but as a fan of gojira and seeing them in October that was tight to see a medal band get some recognition in 2024

The flying thing during Dragonslayer Armor is part of the fight. It fires projectiles at you. It is also what is controlling the armor, which is a cool bit of lore as people have speculated that those butterflies are the things that the guys with the big shells turn into when they die.

I've never agreed with Mike more. I'm not a menus guy either 😅

I had fun watching canoe slalom. The women's finals were really something.

Boxing was fun to watch too, shame about the controversy in the women's.

This was a fun time.
