I just spent 3 hours fixing the aftermath caused by enabling Secure Boot. My Bios didnt recognize my hard drives to boot from. When it did, the controller was different. I had to go through a bunch of CMD execs to finally make my hard drives work with the AHCI controller to actually get back into my system. Fuck this game. No one gives a fuck if it doesn't wanna work. Uninstalling. They can keep their BIOS crap to themselves.

Guys i had this exact problem, it was showing this error message, but it said VAN9002 at the top, not VAN9003, in this case, go to settings, then type “Exploit protection”, then make sure (CFG) is set to on (by default) this fixed it for me.
