Don’t get it twisted, flooding the community wasn’t just to fund an illegal war. I believe The CIA the criminal arm of the United States Government also had a plan to shore up the economy and get America out of a deepening recession at the time off of Blk people’s misery and downfall as usual relatively with cheap cheap cocaine straight from the source.
