Behringer TD-3 : How to program a 303 in 3:03 mins

great tutorial, just got this and was worried itll take a while to learn how to sequence stuff. this made it a piece of cake

This is a great tutorial man! I still can’t get mine to work tho 😅 I follow each step, and can when I press the notes in pitch mode.. but no matter what I do, I never get a blinking light., or a pattern to play back. It’s always just a solid light. Any suggestions?

hi i havedn been able to replicate this. i can make it make beats but thwene i try to program my own it doesnm work.when i press the pattern button is doesnt flash and i press play and there nothing. defo got the machine config right from the look of it. any help much appreciated, thanks.

I just wanted to thank you. For a device that has some rather quirky ways to create a sequence as opposed to most of my synth modules, this video has made the process easy. Thanks for making my TD-3 actually fun to use.

Sadly I’m told by Behringer there is no way to reset to original settings do once you mess with a sequence the original is gone. I will probably pick a couple I’m not thrilled about and use them to make new ones and then clear those to use again.

the. best. tutorial - people are complaining a lot about the sequencer but when I 'sequence' my td-3 with a midi keyboard from ableton I simply don't get these results that are so characteristic for the 303.

What you call 'half step is actually a tie. Add more tie steps to get longer notes. And ties combine very well with slides and octave steps to get longer sliding notes.

It's quite annoying when I have to look all over the net because the machine is either in mid or trig or usb . And the only thing that got it back in the land of living was pressing back/write button ,bottom rite and the C note at same time .. otherwise it just don't play anything you've put in ..🧐
