Mam I was doing business for 3 years then I hv to shut the business coz of finances and personal problem ....so how to convinced job hr to get job in the Organisation for applying for job plz explain

I hate HR.

So basically telling that we need to impress only HR to get the job, HR are not concerned about talent for the company nor the boss .I think the system should change for hiring process the interview should be done by the concerned department of the work not HRs

In service based companies, is it possible that if the interviewers find my enthusiasm, energy and potential too much than actually expected from fresher, then they can reject me? Because they might think this person can switch to better company with his skills.

Nowadays HRs are clearly saying this xxx salary is the max salary they are offerring as there are budget issues..if you want more we simply drop you.

Strangely though in our culture the HR round is the first part of the interview , then you go in to be interviewed by the manager of the department that you are expected to work in. What I see is that most persons will pass the HR round because they have the relevant criteria as outlined in the advert, but when it comes to the next round that is where things get shaky. Again very useful info as it is applicable throughout the process

People who love people should only work in HR. In many firms accounts staff are put into HR, this leads to poor quality HR Department. Psychology, HR certification and people orientation will make HR Department awesome.

I went through an interview with a bitchy Indian HR, for a contract JOB. They rejected me for something like this. Unfortunate for her, whom she hired cheap didn't clear the client interview, and I was aapproved form a previous project. I was called again and said that, this is our budget, quiet petty, which ended with me diconnecting the call. Got a call from her boss and offered me my a better day rate than I asked, a British national. I wonder why our own people try to screw with us? Jai Hind.

In today's world HR's priority is rejecting the candidates in finding out the faults he is not good at instead of looking at the skills he is good at.. Rejection plays major role than selection thats the reason behind unemployment.

Indian HR's first asks your salary expectations and based on that they give you a chance for an interview. If you don't provide the number or its high than their expectations then your application gets rejected.

HR round is usually a farce. They try to strut thier stuff to reject a candidate only with biases.

The last point just broke me… After clearing three technical rounds in the hr round she says that technical round 3 feedback was not that good and she will get back to me the next day by verifying some facts with the interviewer

After technical interview, Hiring manager called me on same day and asked for current CTC and expectation.. After that Its been 2 weeks i never heard anything.. What does that mean?

I beg to differ. If the team that needs to hire you feels that you are the appropriate candidate, rarely the person gets rejected in HR round, specially in technical fields, unless the person is super naive and asks for unreasonable CTC. Sorry to say, but I have seen people not making it after HR round is mostly due to the delays in responses. Most of the time there is a lack of proper feedback as well. The candidate definitely deserves to know about the same, whether good or bad.

Maam, I have a question. Suppose if a company has laid off an employee by not sharing any reason, they transfer the employee to far flung rural location, and even there is no positive response from the company and after 5-6 months, they call that employee again for rehire, then how would you think HR would justify that unemployment period? And if they have jeporadized the candidate career, what steps should be taken against company as well as HR, so that they donot do this again to any employee?Isn't it the company's fault that due to their badwordmouthing against an employee, who works on their behalf, and they are jeprodizing their employees career?
