How I upgraded to PHP 7.4 in Ubuntu

I enter the command sudo a2enconf php7.4-fpm
I get the error ERROR: Conf php7.4-fpm does not exist!
How to fix the error?
ps Upgrading PHP7.1.33 to PHP7.4 on Ubuntu 18.04
