I need change password but i forgot that password of that email ID and now I can't login into that what I am supposed to do

Tried to do this both ways but neither work, first way I click change button from sign in options screen and pulls up a screen that loads for a while and then says “something went wrong” continued by “ try again, or select cancel to set up your device later”. where yours had a blue screen where you started typing new password. Second way I only get options of, lock, switch user, sign out, task manager. There is no password options. I really want to reset my password, what do I do now?

what about if i dont know or remember the password 🤔?

i currently on my pc it told me to change the password I put ok and it changed it automatically for me but I don't know what it changed it to. I am afraid that next time it shuts it will ask for a password and I will have no idea what it changed it too.
