Хороший инглиш как для разработчика) Правильно ли я понял, получается, если есть просто package.json - то при использовании комманды npm install устанавливаются все зависимости, указанные в данном файле и если версия одного из компонентов обновилась, то она же и установится. А если присутствует файл package-lock.json, то будет установленна именно конкретная версия компонента, даже если уже миллион обновлений вышло? Lock как бы блокирует обновление версии компонента, я правильно понял?
