I have been suffering with insomnia, for years, and have tried everything I possibly can, to help myself. Your video came up on my utube feed,and I tried this deep muscle relaxation. I think one of the most significant things that has helped, is the advice on belly breathing, as I've often been laying in bed for hours, breathing deeply, but in a very shallow way,filling the top of my lungs ( and I now realise, I've probably caused more stress and anxiety 🙄) Last night, was my third full nights sleep in a row, and I can't begin to explain how grateful I am, and how much better I'm already feeling! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤

man. I like this guy's stuff but I hate this new trend of body relaxation where there's all this clenching involved. I don't find it especially relaxing and I'm especially prone to muscle cramps in the neck/shoulder/leg/foot area.
