Bhvr didn't understand when we said trickster isn't fun to play because he takes too many knives to down and they uped the notch, again 4.6 makes no sense on killers with ranged attacks and then spirit and chuky have range/lunge type attacks and they are 4.4....

Bhvr's every single rework so far has been terrible

Just removing that recoil would've been enough for me to play him but now we eating good

The funny part is that you don't have to play the ptb to realize how overbuffed it is, just having read the notes last week you could realize that. I don't know why bhvr buffed it in such an exaggerated way out of nowhere . It is impossible for it to go live this way

They also made it so survivors recover faster from the blades

Main event should be a one blade injure. Making it just like a huntress hatchet and around 20 blades connecting to activate. Is really not that hard. I like projectile killers and the most fun thing is to be accurate

Im fine with everything exept the main event they should just remove the stupid timer make it take 30 knife hits but allow you to store the power so you can use it whenever you want instead of a forced window you would see the power not being spammed and it could have tactical use

me, kniffy and the 6 other people who play trickster love these changes so much. don't listen to content creators and people like scott he said the last time trickster getting 6 laceration from the original 8 was op.

I can already see people killing themselves on hook and DCing everytime hes in the game.
Thank you BHVR for this buff, now i can avenge MFT nerf by trashing survivors (because that make so much sense blaming survivors for nerfing my perk)

Should just have something completely different, something a trickster would use, like his own flashbang or some illusion

Maybe make it so when you miss a knife you lose main event progress as well as the duration of main event

At least DCing is still the best counter to him

As a Trickster main, even I think the main event buff is abit too strong. I was hoping they'd make it so I can use the main event at any time without it disappearing like an ultimate ability to use in RPGs.

They completely reworked trickster, and I am all for it. They gave him both massive nerves and buffs. You excuse me I’m gonna be a trickster right now.

I like the new trickster, I think I’ll make him a bit more fun

The main event buff alone makes this the biggest 180 a killer has gotten since the ovetheat mechanic

the only bad thing they did is the crazy main event thing, that's too bad for survivors, that shouldn't go live

Take his speed and he is fine

The recoil removal and the speed increase is great
The rest of it is questionable, main event after not even an injury is a terrible idea

the recoil and movement speed makes him fun to play, however the main event is just silly
tbh it just should be like 16-30 but be activatable at any time

I feel like this rework did a good job of making trickster feel like the fast paced ranged killer he was intended to be.
And I don't think the main event change is the biggest issue because at least now it's consistent instead of twice per game on a random unlucky survivor that didn't see it coming.

Trickster was already pretty op this is just unfair

I get that main event took to long to be used before, but jeez, that needs a nerf because getting it before a down plus the buffs to the reat of his kit is a bit too much

now BHVR know ppl dont dc against skullmerchant they applied it to trickster instead..

When does the patch come out?

The Main event is quite huge. However there are some loops and angles that still can be crouched to avoid his knives, with a god pallet in the way, ruff. But the 6 Knives to Main, breh... Predropping af. We're definitely gonna see alot more Trickster.

Hes just fine if they would renerf main event to like idk 20 blades or something

i think he should be slower like nurse and DS, but without the recoil, that way there’s a reason to actually play him.

his main event shouldn’t be a forced thing, you should be to use it at any time with a decent cooldown in between and only then should there be recoil since it’s faster than usual fast throwing.
